Hi! I'm Sarah. I was born and raised in Missouri. I moved to Colorado in 2012 when my husband was stationed at Fort Carson. I moved back to Missouri in 2020 to "get back to my roots". While Colorado will always hold a special place in my heart, I am a Midwest girl through and through. Though I am no longer in Colorado physically, I have maintained my Colorado licensing credentials and continue to work with clients from Colorado via telehealth.

I have always had a fascination with psychology and passion for helping others, especially children. My career began in 2011, after graduating with a Dual Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Drury University in Springfield, MO. I went on to earn my Master's degree in Psychology specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy at University of the Rockies in Colorado Springs, CO in 2014. I completed my internship hours at Rockies Counseling Center in Colorado Springs, CO. I opened Right Track Counseling in 2019 and have loved the experience of being in private practice.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 daughters. We enjoy going on adventures and exploring the beauties and wonders of nature. As an introvert at heart, I place a high value on taking time to be quiet and recharge my batteries. I enjoy crafting, reading, and playing board games. I am very curious and always look forward to opportunities to learn something new!
